About the 2013 awards
These awards showcase the very best financial sector products available to the public. The aim of the awards is to give the UK's millions of customers a voice and a chance to reflect how they feel about the range of financial products available to them. Combining honest customer feedback with the technically best products will reveal which provider is an 'all rounder'.
The winners of these awards will importantly prove that they combine technical merit with service excellence.
Shortlists and Consumer Voting
Providers should contact ajoyce@moneyfacts.co.uk to ensure that we have the correct contact to request additional information for the shortlisting process, where necessary. The shortlists will be announced September/October 2012 and the consumer survey will run between October and November 2012.
