Association of British Insurers
The Association of British Insurers (ABI) represents the collective interests of the UK's insurance industry. The ABI has around 400
companies in membership. Between them, they provide 94% of domestic insurance services sold in the UK. ABI member companies account for
almost 20% of investments in the London stock market.

APACS
APACS is the UK trade association for payments and for those institutions that deliver payment services to customers. It provides the

British Bankers' Association
The British Bankers' Association (BBA) is the principal trade association for banks operating in the UK. It is a leading representative
body in the financial services sector and has 218 members, as well as many associate member, which fund its not-for-profit activities.
Eighty-five per cent of our members are involved in providing wholesale banking services and 75% of the membership are of non-UK origin,
representing 60 different countries. BBA members hold 90% of the UK banking sector's assets and represent 95% of all banking employment in
the UK. With our international membership and position in the world's leading financial centre, the BBA covers a wide variety of European and
international issues such as the prudential regulation of firms and the operation of international capital markets. We are also closely involved
