• 2003 to 2004 – Head of Group Fraud, Barclays – consultancy, oversight, challenge and industry / FSA liaison. Chaired big 6 working parties on ID fraud and staff fraud and prepared reports for FSA
• 2004 to current date – Head of Financial Crime, HBOS plc. Financial crime risk management for the Retail Bank portfolio (with exception of credit cards and specialist mortgages).
