Paul Smee
Chief Executive Officer, APACS

Paul joined APACS as Chief Executive in January 2005. He began his career at the Department of Trade and Industry and in 1988 moved to the London Stock Exchange where he held a number of appointments including Head of Government Relations. In 1994 he went to the Association of British Insurers and then moved to the Independent Television Commission where for 3 years he held the post of Director of Regions and Public Affairs. In 1999 he became Director General at the Association of Independent Financial Advisers.
