Thomas Coulby

Thomas has worked in a number of roles within fraud management over the last 10 years, within insurance for an international loss adjusters and latterly with many major credit card businesses and insurers whilst with Absolute.

He is an experienced fraud specialist, working within the start-up team at Absolute where he has established fraud management processes. Thomas has acted as a fraud referral point for the specialist fraud team at Absolute, as well as being responsible for developing training and audit programmes.

Thomas has worked with many large financial services companies in a consultancy and training development role, implementing fraud challenge programmes that deliver significant staff performance and financial results.

Absolute manage insurance claims for many insurers using behavioural psychology at the core of its processes which results in massive 20-30% fraud savings in many areas. Thomas is a true expert in applying such techniques to achieve these results.
