Coach transport is offered from the main conference hotels to the conference venue and back on the morning and evening of the 29th and 30th of June. Registered delegates will be sent a location map and be given transport options.

29 June 2006	Conference Day One and Gala Dinner
30 June 2006	Conference Day Two and Close at approximately 16:00

Delegate Fees per person

Standard Conference Fee	£1295 plus VAT (£1521.63)
Early-Bird	Now Expired
Multiple Delegates (3 or more booked At the same time) equivalent to	£865 plus VAT (£1016.38)
Academic Rate	£495 plus VAT (£581.63)

Registration includes conference participation, documentation and access to presentation material, plus all refreshments, lunches, two social events and some transport. Please note that the fee does not include overnight accommodation but special hotel rates have been negotiated. Please see Accommodation page for more information.

Payments
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard and Amex, by cheque (made payable to Moneyfacts Group plc.) or we can send an invoice. Please note that all registration payments must reach Moneyfacts Group plc prior to the conference.

Confirmation
Once written confirmation of your booking has been received, you will be sent a welcome letter with final joining instructions being sent closer to the event. If you have not received this information by at least two weeks before the conference, please contact the conference organisers to ensure that your booking has been received and processed.

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
Substitutions can be made at any time. For cancellations up to one week prior to the conference we will refund your delegate fee minus a £100 administration charge. For cancellations received after this time, or for those registered delegates who do not show up on the day, the entire fee will be forfeit.
