Moneyfacts Comparisons System is a unique point of sale tool developed for the ever-growing number of financial institutions that use call centres to handle customer transactions.

When a customer raises a query which results in both the institution’s products and a competitor’s products being discussed, the Comparisons System allows the operator instantly to compare the two products on a single screen.

A red and green colour coding procedure highlights immediately where the home product stands in comparison to the competitor product.

Moneyfacts Comparisons System can be displayed on an unlimited number of terminals throughout an organisation and can be personalised to show the company’s logo and corporate colour.

Individual modules are available for Mortgages, Savings and Cards.

Technical Details - Mortgages & Cards Module

The minimum system requirements are:

An IBM-compatible PC with 20mb of hard disk space

Screen resolution of 1024 x 768, 16 bit.

Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4 (SP4),2000 or XP.

Internet Explorer 4.0 or above.

FTP access to update data files.

MDAC 2.6 or above.

The system can operate either on a single PC or networked throughout an organisation. To network, a host PC accesses the Moneyfacts databases to update product details. All workstations then access information from the host PC via their existing network.

Technical Details - Savings Module

The minimum system requirements are:

An IBM-compatible PC
(Pentium 300Mhz or better).

NT4 (SP4) or above.

Internet Explorer 5.0 or above.

Internet Information Server 4.0 or above.

Microsoft Transaction Server or COM+.

SQL Server 7.0 (SP2) or SQL Server 2000.

FTP access to update data files.

MDAC 2.6 or above.

The system is designed to be delivered via your existing network, or across the internet throughout an organisation. A host Web and SQL server is required to deliver pages to your client PCs.
