There are a number of processes involved in deciding the annual Moneyfacts Awards. As well our own research informing some of our product provider categories, we seek feedback from intermediaries to decide a number of service awards. Meanwhile, our intermediary categories have their own rigorous two-step entry and testimonial process.  See below for the timeline of relevant activities for the next awards.

  • A detailed weekly analysis of the data provided to us and displayed in Moneyfacts Magazine or on any of the Moneyfacts online systems is undertaken by our well-qualified research team in order to assess all product specific categories.

  • The intermediary community is given the chance to submit testimonials for their preferred providers across a number of service categories, including mortgages, loans, conveyancing and surveying.
  • Providers can invite their contacts to submit testimonials to support them – this is done via an online form.
  • Those submitting testimonials are asked to consider all areas of service that providers have offered from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
  • Intermediaries are also invited to enter their own categories, through an online submission form.

  • All organisations that are shortlisted are offered a free to use finalist logo.
  • Finalists in our intermediary categories can invite contacts to submit testimonials via an online form to support them in their categories. This form closes 25 April 2025.
