Congratulations on being shortlisted in the 2027 Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards, it really is something to be proud of.

Every year the Moneyfacts research team analyses the market, giving a shortlist of the best providers based on technical excellence. These are the organisations that offer the best products over the preceding year, so making this shortlist is a feat in itself.

Starting 21 September we will  put these shortlists into our annual survey, seeking the feedback of consumers. These respondents rate the customer service that they have experienced from those organisations and, last year, over 200,000 consumers had their say.

On this page, we will take you through everything you need to know about being a finalist, the next steps in the process, and how you can make the most of your free shortlisted logo in your campaign to reach the top.

The survey and your logo

The survey and your logo

The survey - Our online consumer survey will open on Monday 21 September 2026, closing on Friday 20 November. We offer respondents up to four entries into a prize draw for £1,000.

We will provide you with a dedicated survey link for your own product area (or multiple links if you are shortlisted across more than one category) to ensure your customers reach the most relevant question first. They are then given the opportunity to proceed through further questions, or can skip those and submit their responses if they wish. We can also ensure that, once they have completed the survey, participants can either be redirected to our own thank you page, or be redirected back to your own site. This can be set up or changed at any time.

The shortlisted logo - You will have been sent a link to access a shortlisted logo, free of charge, that can be used to invite your customers to participate across the dates of the survey while demonstrating that your products are among the best in the industry.

This logo can be used in print or online with the recommended sizing as shown.

After the survey closes, you can access a version of the logo without the 'vote for us' wording, which can be used until the date of the awards ceremony, also free of charge.

The University of East Anglia (UEA) was commissioned to independently verify the customer service survey and analysis process of the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards. Summarising its analysis, the university said: “We find the data collection procedure through the survey satisfactory. The process is transparent and is detail-oriented enough to avoid issues that could arise in the future. The survey data is prepared and cleaned for the final analysis in a commendable manner. A standard industry practice is followed correctly in preparation of the survey score.”
