The survey - Our online consumer survey will open on Monday 21 September 2026, closing on Friday 20 November. We offer respondents up to four entries into a prize draw for £1,000.
We will provide you with a dedicated survey link for your own product area (or multiple links if you are shortlisted across more than one category) to ensure your customers reach the most relevant question first. They are then given the opportunity to proceed through further questions, or can skip those and submit their responses if they wish. We can also ensure that, once they have completed the survey, participants can either be redirected to our own thank you page, or be redirected back to your own site. This can be set up or changed at any time.
The shortlisted logo - You will have been sent a link to access a shortlisted logo, free of charge, that can be used to invite your customers to participate across the dates of the survey while demonstrating that your products are among the best in the industry.
This logo can be used in print or online with the recommended sizing as shown.
After the survey closes, you can access a version of the logo without the 'vote for us' wording, which can be used until the date of the awards ceremony, also free of charge.
